First Model Homes Open In The Lutgert Companies' Esperia South At Bonita Bay
The first model residences are now open in Esperia South at Bonita Bay, The Lutgert Companies’ newest luxury high-rise. Residences 401 and 404, located on the fourth floor of the 27-story building, represent two of the five tower-residence floor plans available at Esperia South. The high-rise has 110 homes, nine penthouses and views of Estero Bay, Bonita Beach, the Gulf of Mexico and the golf courses, parks and natural areas in Bonita Bay.
Premier Properties Selected To Represent High-Rises At Bonita Bay
The Lutgert Companies has selected Premier Properties of Southwest Florida Inc. REALTORS as the exclusive representative of its high-rises at Bonita Bay. Premier Properties is staffing the sales and information center at the entrance of the 2,400-acre master-planned community and will handle new home sales at the luxury high-rises Esperia South, which opened in October; Tavira, where construction recently began; and Esperia North, where pre-construction sales are under way. High-rise homes are offered from $816,000 to nearly $3 million.

The Lutgert Companies has opened Esperia South at Bonita Bay, the fifth of eight high-rises being developed within the Bonita Springs community. The 27-story building has 110 residences and nine penthouses. Only 25 residences and two penthouses remain available.
The Lutgert Companies Honored With Two Sand Dollars For Azure at Bonita Bay
The Lutgert Companies won two awards for Azure at Bonita Bay in the 17th Annual Sand Dollar Awards, sponsored by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Collier Building Industry Association. Azure was named high-rise community of the year, and Model Residence 2602 took top honors in its product-design category.
The Lutgert Companies Brings Home The Gold
The Lutgert Companies earned three awards for Azure, its newest high-rise at Bonita Bay, during the recent Southeast Building Conference in Orlando. Azure's landscape and pool design earned an Aurora Award, and Model Residence 2602 won two Gold Excel Awards for the best home plan and best interior merchandising.
