<p>NAPLES, Fla. (January 30, 2013) – With unmatched vistas of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, the view from Tavira at Bonita Bay is always spectacular, and in 2012, the luxury high-rise’s sales success was equally so with total closed sales of $36.6 million, an increase of nearly 12 percent from 2011. The total number of residences sold in 2012 exceeded 2011 by 15 percent.</p>

<p>Tavira is the sixth high-rise in Bonita Bay developed by The Lutgert Companies, which has developed nearly two-dozen luxury high-rises in Southwest Florida. <p>DeAngelis has more than two decades of Southwest Florida real estate experience and joined Premier Properties in 2008). A graduate of West Virginia University in Morgantown, he was recognized as a top producer at Tiburon and Gateway.</p>
<p>Jans joined Premier Properties in 2002, after launching her career with Prudential Florida Realty and spending five years on the Bonita Bay residential sales team. A Certified Residential Specialist, she was recognized by Gulfshore Life magazine as a five-star real estate agent.</p>
<p>Davlin has three decades of experience and is a Graduate, Realtor Institute; a Certified Residential Specialist; and a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in business administration. He is a multi-year winner of the Gulfshore Life five-star agent for customer service. Davlin is a member of the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors.</p>
